Ontario real estate Broker/Owners-Attention Please

Do you have in-active real estate agents working in your office? If so, do they have an expense account that is accumulating? If they have an overdue account, are you taking up valuable time chasing them to pay up the balance on this account that is overdue?

After speaking with many broker owners in the Province of Ontario, we have concluded that this is a typical occurrence with many many offices in the real estate brokerage business. Our park your license business is designed to take care of these problems for you. Although we are not a collection agency,  you can transfer your inactive agents to our brokerage, these inactive agents can park their license with us, and avoid accumulating any further expenses.

We try and encourage all of the registered agents with us to refer potential sales to their broker of origin, which is you. Our commission split here is 90% to 10% in the favor of the real estate agent. This high commission split in their favor, is a great incentive to send business back to your office. Hence, being in-active in sales and parking their license with us, they can still trade in real estate and continue to do business with your brokerage including referring all their business to your brokerage as well.

We have had in many many cases, real estate agents who were inactive, become active again. Most of these agents who have become active again, have easily transferred back to their broker of origin. Our park your license brokerage business is not designed to recruit as many agents as we can from as many brokerages in Ontario as we can. Rather, our park your license business is targeted and is permission-based on-line to all Ontario real estate agents and all Ontario real estate brokerages who have in-active agents and these inactive agents need a place to park their license and have their license held, or warehoused, or hanged, or stored, for the major purpose of saving money and keeping their hard earned license active.

Please feel free to call us at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter further on how we can assist you with your inactive agents. You may call Philip Caputi, real estate license admin, at New World 2000 Realty Inc., brokerage toll-free at 1-800-537-1931 or direct at 416-453-8215.
